“One of the design constraints of the main entry and concourse renovation at 220 Portage Ave. was the low existing ceiling height throughout much of the space. The T-BAR LED Smartlight system allowed for dynamic illumination of the space without sacrificing additional ceiling height. Since the concourse serves as a primary public connection to the downtown underground walkway system, wayfinding was also a key design requirement. The integrating of the T-BAR LED signage system allowed for the most clean and efficient way to achieve all necessary signage/wayfinding requirements.”
